Apex started in 2016 with a pressure washer, a borrowed gazebo and a handful of regulars in Prestbury. It is still just Marcus and Reece, which is exactly why the standard has not slipped. Maintenance work goes out in the van. Correction and coating work stays in the unit, under proper lighting, for as long as it takes.
